She has degrees in Interaction Design from the University of California at Berkeley and Design from the Yale School of Design. After serving as a Product Design Manager at Flexport in San Francisco, Ginsburg moved to Uber Freight in San Francisco Bay Area in January 2019. In her previous roles, Ginsburg has worked on a variety of projects, including Interaction Design and Product Design. She is currently a Design Lecturer at UC Berkeley School of Information and has also worked as a Head of Design & Research at Uber Freight.

Suzanne Ginsburg has a pre-medical degree in Information Management from the University of California, Berkeley.
