Born and bred in India, Sushil Sethi Jain has done his schooling from Government Montessori School and trained in Construction, Contract Management and Construction Management from Abdul Razak College of build materials, Mirpur. He later completed his formal Training in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras and later his Post Graduate studies in Civil Engineering from University of Houston. Following his studies, he joined the Pune-based Abdul Razak College of Building Materials as an Instructor in 1998. In 2006, he became Director of the college and later served as the Dean- elect of the college. In 2008, he joined the Indian infrastructure company,InfraReconstruction Limited as a Vice President. In this post, he held responsibility for the company’s Infrastructure Projects. From this post, he successfully led the company towardsParent company,SPML Infra Limited, to become the major Infrastructure player in India. In this role, he was responsible for developing and leading the company's Infrastructure Projects across an interstate division.
