My parents always told me that I would have a career in human resources. I have always enjoyed coaching and managing people and I felt that this was the best way to go about it. I started my career as a HR representative with Coca-Cola Enterprises and then went on to work as a HR generalist with ServiceMaster. I then moved on to work as a HR representative for Pratt & Whitney. After working there for a few years, I decided to move back to Randstad Sourceright and start my own company, Susan Little Recruiting.
