As the VP for SE Asia (East) I Manage all Business in the following countries: Singapore, Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Macao From June 2014 to Present (1 year 7 months) SingaporeIndonesia Managing Director @ Established an Integrated Country plan, led and built team and operational framework across the entire Cisco busines to drive accelerated growth aligned with country transformation. Aligned plan with key goverment and private sector stakeholders including agreeing a multi year partnership agreement with a major telco. Indonesia was the highest YoY growth country for Cisco in APAC in FY13. From August 2011 to May 2014 (2 years 10 months) Managing Director APAC Commercial @ Launched and led the Commercial (Mid Market and SMB) business for APAC which comprised ~22% of Cisco's APAC business. Established Inside Sales in 2006 and Launched the Partner Led GTM in 2010. Responsible for all aspect of the Commercial business with direct responsibility for Core APAC team and Matrix responsibility for entire Commercial team. Best APAC segment YoY growth 6/6 years and best Commercial Business Globally 4/6 years. Maximum Revenues $1Bn+ From 2005 to August 2011 (6 years) Founder @ Founded by own consultancy company focused on setting up new Converged Communications, Security and Network divisions within established IT companies From 2004 to 2005 (1 year) AustraliaManaging Director @ I took over a loss making business and restructured the entire organisation to convert losses of $14.4M in 2001 into profits of $3.9M in 2004.
