Organized & led many workshops & training related to IEP & curriculum-based transition objectives.
Assigned a managing role in a variety of projects with NJDOE's Office of Special Programs including representing a state school-to-career & transition services consortium that helped define statewide policy & monitored/provided technical assistance to local school districts in an effort to comply with state & federal mandates. This led to selection to represent New Jersey in the National Forum on School to Work & Youth with Disabilities sponsored by the US Departments of Education & Labor, hosted by the National Transition Alliance for Youth with Disabilities in Washington, DC.
