IT Manager @ I'm currently responsible for all IT-related systems, processes and infrastructure. I lead a team of 6 with a 4/2 split of developers and infrastructure.
I have recently introduced new procedures where lacking, develop a comprehensive disaster recovery proposal so that the RTO/RPO targets are achieved.
Other projects include mobile device management, infrastructure improvements and bringing a new philosophy to the team regarding maintenance server planning and maintenance. Also introduced include incident reporting and project design methodology (prince 2 as a framework)
