He was also responsible for shaping the company into a publicly traded company and expanding its operations into other unrelated businesses such as healthcare services and futures trading.Raack left his role as CEO in 2002 to return to DTC as president and CEO, remaining in that role until he was elevated to the position of CEO / COO in 2006.
