Steve Navarro received his communications degree from University of California, Los Angeles in 2002. After several years of private practice, he move to Fullerton, CA in 2006 to establish his media practice. He quickly became established in thearea, working with a variety of clients, both large and small. He is currently the manager of the media relations practice for a small business.He is also a graduate of the Communications/Public Relations program at California State University, Fullerton in 2006. There he worked as a news representative for the Printing and Printing Commission, and as a public information officer for the city of Fullerton. he was also Residence Advisor for the Freshman Honors Program and the External Affairs and Communications Committee.He is currently working as a graduate student at the University of California, Los Angeles, studying media relations.

Born and raised in Poway, CA, Steve Navarro started his career as an estimator and engineer with Pacific Gas and Electric Company. After several years of experience, he moved to glass roofs company, General Glass and Insulation, in 2002. From there, he moved to RHER Inc., where he was responsible for all aspects of engineering support for power and data center products. In 2004, he moved to Comcast Corporation and became a technical drafter, working on various software development projects. During this time, he also developed his skills as a selector, tester, and candidate evaluation instrumenteer. He left Comcast in 2007 to become technical recruiter for Kforce, Inc. From there, he worked with numerous clients in variousimeiations areas, until he accepted a position at Zillow in Culver City, California.
