Steve Howe has been a Managing Partner at EY from 2000 to 2006 and has been with the firm since 1983. Howe has been a partner at Ernst & Young LLP from 1993 to 2000 where he served as audit partner for various global financial institution clients and senior advisory partner on many of our largest clients. From 1983 to 2000, I served as an audit partner at various global financial institution clients and senior advisory partner on many of our largest clients. I am also a member of the US Chairman and Americas Managing Partner at EY. I chair the US and Americas Executive Committee and am a member of EY’s Global Executive. In my role as a managing partner at EY, I managed the operations of one of EY’s largest business units, which included activities such as accounting, Markets, Banking and Markets,Forecasting, Corporate finance, risk management, and consulting. I also supervised the fortification of our Financial Services Office with new technologies and systems, as well as created new business units to expand our services offerings. I have also been involved inSSLI and Rulemaking Board work. These work experiences have allowed me to develop my technical skills, and I have also learned how to be effectively interpersonal with other people.
