We believe that diversity is key for learning and mutual enrichment. The Initiative will help identify and recruit top African talent, develop and deliver executive programmes in Africa.
- Bring more African content (cases, experiences, speakers, events):
Leaders, to operate across cultures, geographies and settings, need to be exposed to broader experiences and points of view. The Initiative will broaden our pedagogical content and bring African experts in our programmes.
- Reinforce interlinkages amoung networks:
The Initiative aims at increasing INSEAD's visibility in Africa, deepen our understanding of the market, and broaden and integrate international networks for mutual benefit.
