Steve Bramble has long been interested in the business of talent acquisition. After joining the workforce in the early 1990s, he spent time managing and executing Talent Acquisition strategies for corporations throughout the Midwest. During his time at CEG LLC,Steve managed a variety of initiatives, including corporate recruiting, business development, marketing, and research. He alsosaw action in developing the company’s firstever Talent Management system, responsible for managing and managing the flows of talent within the company. In addition, he worked on a number of aggressive new product initiatives and oversaw the launch of several successful initiatives within the print and promotional industries.Most recently, Stevejoined Holland as their Corporate Recruiting Manager. His extensive recruiting experience with both public and private companies provides him with his clients’ best interests at heart. He is also a great advocate for development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies. In his role, heserves as the liaison between company brass and recruiter networks. At Neogen, Steve was responsible for the development and introduction of truck-mounted video surveillance products in the transportation and trucking industries. At CEG, Steve was responsible for the development and introduction of a new video surveillance product in the transportation and trucking industries. Steve also developed and led the company's product development process. In total, during his careers with Neogen and CEG, Steve has developed and led products that have reached the market in a number of different industries.
