I majored in advertisement at university. I attended several project competitions during my study, such as ATCC, Loreal brandstorm, NPO planning competition, Technology application idea competition.
We won the No.3 prize in NPO project planning competition, and selection of excellent work in technology application idea competition.
After graduation from university, I joined Taiwan tobacco and liquor corporation. I am a marketer in beer division and responsible for branding and new product development. I am a brand manager of Taiwan fruit beer (水果啤酒)and Sweet touch (果微醺). Coordinated with different functional department to develop new products. My task is to manage new product processes, from idea, concept, development to product launch.
Besides, I was in charge of annual brand strategy planning and sales prediction of Taiwan beer. I enjoyed the time in Taiwan Beer.
Then, in 2013, I quit my job and started to be a MBA student. Tried to enlarge my profession in other functions, such as financial and strategy management.
In August of 2014, I went to St.Petersburg (Russian) to be an exchage student until Jan 2015. Learning the different managerial thinking between developed and emerging markets.
After came back from Europe, I went back to office. Then, I pass the presentation about my thesis and graduated from MBA program in May. My thesis is about KSF of NPD, case study of Taiwan fruit beer.
