Product Owner Recruitment @ Since the beginning of 2015 I am part of a new team within Recruitment department. Together with 5 other colleagues we make up the Recruitment Operations team. The team exits of Systems&Tools, Employer Branding, Sourcing, and Candidate Experience.
My passion and focus is innovating and optimizing our Candidate Experience for our external and internal applicants.
Together with the regional Recruiting Managers and their teams I'm responsible for aligning all recruitment processes, guidelines and information support for our candidates and hiring managers. From January 2015 to Present (1 year) Amsterdam Area, NetherlandsSenior Recruiter @ As a Sr. Recruiter for Booking.com, I was responsible for the full recruitment process from identifying, sourcing and attracting top candidates all the way to interviewing and hiring for the entire Latin American market. I proactively develop relationships within the business and work closely together with the local HR support as well as our international recruitment colleagues.
Specialized in recruitment for new offices in the region, that requires special sourcing, compensation and benefits research, organizing network events, activities and assessments centers.
Besides that, I organized several Hiring Manager training for the region, which includes Interview Techniques training, ATS training and how they can support with their network the recruitment process.
