Dear visitor, Thank you for visiting my profile. I grew up in a family business and was mainly involved in customer service and relationship management. I am very passionate about connecting people and building up relationships with a common interest and purpose. In recent years, I have been working in roles related to partner management, sales, business development, and account management for German speaking markets such as Germany, Austria and Switzerland, furthermore Finland, Singapore, South East Asia, APAC and now globally. Although most of the roles were within the B2B sector, I prefer to call it "people to people business"​. Currently, I am the Vice President of Global Business Development of AIESEC International. We focus on enabling youth leadership development opportunities for young people across the globe and operate physically in over 125 countries and territories already. Our programs focus on developing competencies such as self-awareness, communication skills, global awareness and being solution oriented for MNCs, SMEs, Start-Ups, NGOs, etc. Our vision is "Peace and Fulfilment of Human Kinds potential"​ and we want to develop every young person on the world.
