Stelios started in Electronics and specifically Circuit Board Manufacturing in 1984, operating specialized processes such as those used in multi-wire technology. Though his original education was in Physics, he found engineering and electronics more rewarding. After 10 years in various manufacturing, laboratory, and environmental positions, he landed at SAE Circuits Colorado, Inc. in Boulder, CO, and has been with them since 1994. Originally the facility's Environmental, Laboratory, & Health and Safety Manager, he transferred to the position of Process Engineering Manager in 2006. As Environmental Manager, he earned several awards for SAE Circuits, with a specialization in waste minimization, including water usage and chemical usage efficiencies and reductions in manufacturing processes. Research in ion exchange and ligands technology is one of his specialties. Certified as an ISO internal auditor in 2001, he helped devise and implement ISO-9002 when it first hit the electronics industry. As process engineering manager for SAE Circuits, his directive is technological innovation and implementation. Stelios' additional interests include human biochemistry and nutrition, the study of complex environmental processes, and all types of multidisciplinary scientific research including archaeology and astronomy.Pre-Process Engineer & Consultant @ Duties: Interfacing with customers in order to meet specific design needs.
