Born on October 3rd, 1984 in Krasnoyarsk Krai, Siberia, Stanislav Grafski has over ten years of experience in the business industry and he has made a name for himself as an entrepreneur and market entry specialist. He has experience in the Russian economy, including the market for management consulting, start-ups, and foreign investment.Grafski started his own consultancy firm in 2008 and he has since advised clients on various projects in Russia, the CIS region, and abroad. He has also founded several successful businesses, including Putin Alliances, which provides business advice to Kremlin-linked entities, and IBI AG, a Russian Islamic finance company.Grafski is also a well-knownainer of business contacts and he is regularly in the leading seats at business forums and conferences in Russia and abroad. He has been appointed a Diplomat of the Russian Federation and he has also been honored with several awards, such as the distinction of being a Top Life Leader in the Russian Professional Services Industry.Grafski is an experienced leader who is able to bring clarity and understanding to complex problems. He gained his education at the University of Economics in Prague, Czech Republic. After obtaining a degree in Economics in 2004, Grafski worked as an analyst at a subsidiary of a large Czech financial company. There, he began working on developing a business model and analyzing market trends. He then moved to autumn 2006 to start his own business. Stanislav's company, called "The Climate Group", had a limited business model and was not very successful. But grafski continued to work on the business and was finally able to make it to a first funding round in spring of 2007. In autumn 2007, Grafski moved to Moscow to start a new project in the energy market. The project was a collaboration with a Russian energy company and it was important for Grafski to gain experience working with Russian companies. He also became close with a few Russian businessmen and was able to develop a close relationship with them. In spring of 2008, Grafski left The Climate Group to start his own business. The Grafski Group was a relatively new business which had not yet had any successful projects. But grafski was able to start off the business with great success. He achieved Sobranie ceny rozvlasti (A New Price Promise) - a project in which he was able to providebusinesses with a more favorable price for their electricity. The Grafski Group was able to register a company with the Russian Central Commission for Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices, and gained access to Russian market. After few unsuccessful projects and some changes in his team, Grafski was able to create a successful unit within the company and started growing the business. Since 2006, Grafski has been working with clients in Russia.
