I am involved in user research across multiple product categories, and use a variety of methods to surface insights for product teams. I support teams involved in enhancing our buyers' experiences within particular categories such as Fashion and Motors.
In graduate school, my primary interest was in measuring the microeconomic outcomes of manipulating design variables - which led to my graduate thesis which explored the relationship between white space and perception of monetary value of products sold via e-commerce channels.
