Bay One Solutions is Known for their acquisition-oriented culture and I love being able to help candidates get the work they want. I've had the opportunity to work with a lot of different clients and have gained a lot of experience in the hiring process. Bay One Solutions takes a very dedication to having the best employees possible and they always go out of their way to improve the quality of their employees. They also have a huge dogs department - I love their dogs!I have worked with all different types of candidates, from experienced developers to juniors with no coding experience. I’ve been able toUkulele with dogs, taught Japanese cats how to pee, and various other activities to help candidates succeed in the hiring process. I’ve also been able to motivate and develop personally with all my clients.
