'managing director at SIGNAL TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT LTD. I have been working in the construction industry for over 10 years. I have been focused on traffic management and have a lot of experience with traffic control and signalling systems. I work closely with the contractor and engineer to develop the project plan and ensure the system is delivered on time and within budget. I have a lot of experience with both mainline and off-march signals and have a great eye for detail. I am a very active member of the community and get to know my customers and colleagues well. As this position demands a high degree of work readiness, she has made great strides in her work readiness since taking on this role. She is in the process of completing an accredited Scrum Master course.Signal Eaton currently holds a BSc in Educational Leadership from Nottingham Trent University. This degree places her in a position to manage educational institutions and their programmes.
