From July 2015 to March 2016 (9 months) Houston, Texas AreaOrganization & Talent Development Leader, Middle East North Africa & Turkey(MENAT) @ GE Energy Led the Organization Development function in the MENAT region - Instrumental in bringing in several Senior Executives into GE and support the Regional growth. As the Staffing COE leader for the region, my team grew the region by 150% over the 2 year period. Other accomplishments were around - Executive Leadership Development, Succession Planning, OD(Integration of acquired businesses) and Strategic Workforce Planning.
