Body Controls Validation Automation: - Integrated Model X body controls and relay cards onto test rack to mimic Model X body controls and run automated system-level regression test - Optimized automation nose test Ironpython script for test rack by revising loop logic. - Developed front-end web plots on Plotly for visualizing and quantifying results to facilitate firmware validation - Debugged test platform with tools such as multimeter and UDS tools to enhance robustness of the overall system Falcon Wing Doors Simulation: - Developed API for Falcon Door Sensor and Obstacle simulation in multi-threaded environment and updated features for each development revision. - Optimized overall simulation running on NI Veristand by improving state transition logic of the falcon wing trajectory - Developed and designed GUI's on Tkinter and logging methods for test result monitoring and assessment of pass/fail cases. Miscellaneous: - Collaborated with test engineers on field testing on roads for features such as autopilot, navigation, charging, and UI.
