Talent Acquisition Business Partner (Sales) @ As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner my challenge is to find the people who can contribute in our success, in today’s competitive talent landscape. It all starts with an intake session with the Hiring Manager. During that session we’ll target the skills, experiences and mindset to create a best-in-class approach for the position. Together with the Hiring Manager, I’m discussing the ‘right’ recruitment approach and make sure we’re on the same page when we talk about the best selection and interview process. Partnering with my Hiring Managers brings in better pre-screens. After the pre-screen I can deliver qualified candidates for interviews with the Hiring Managers. If we need to make sure a candidate got very specific skills, I will provide recommendations and assessment tools to prove these results to the Hiring Manager.
My main responsibility is sourcing and identifying talented sales candidates. From requisition to offer. I’m managing the full end to end recruitment cycle and only deliver the best candidates in the world. During this process I’m helping the Hiring Managers to make the right hiring decision and make sure we keep improving our process and best practices.
