Shaun Lyons joins the real estate industry in 2002 as VP- Acquisitions at Wolfington Companies. He continues to lead Wolfington Companies in Acquisitions and Business Development until 2003 when he moves up to VP-Acquisitions at Binswanger. There he leads Acquisition functions, obtaining new contracts, developing new markets and building strategic alliances. Lyons is promoted to President at Binswanger in2005.Lyons then moves on to Vice President at Precision Realty Group and takes the company public in 2007. The company then goes on to win a distressed property auction and become one of the leading real estate companies in the world. In September 2014, Lyons move up to President and CEO.Lyons's research and development led to the creation of Precision Realty Group, a leading real estate company that has had successful deployments in both the public and private sectors. Lyons is also a Professor at Villanova University, where he provides education on real estate and its many applications.

Shaun Lyons began his career in 1989 as a IIIrd LevelSalesperson at a listed real estate firm in the under-performing West Virginia coal industry. Lyons left the firm in 1991 to begin his own real estate company, Water Gap Country Club and Resort. Lyons has been owner, President, and VP at Water Gap Country Club and Resort since April 2013. Prior to that, Lyons was a VP at Kennett Restaurant, aka Lyons Den. Lyons has been with Wolfington Companies since January 2005. Lyons has also been VP at Binswanger since January 2003. Lyons has also held positions at Precision Realty Group, Developers Consultants, LLC, and Villanova University since December 2012. Lyons is currently Adjunct Professor at Villanova University.
