Massage is my third career (after Law and the Art World) and I can finally say "I love my job". I started Cheadle Holistic Therapies four years ago with a single therapy - the Natural Face Lift Massage - and found I soon attracted a loyal following of women who appreciate the unique combination of deep relaxation with facial rejuvenation (with not a needle, product or machine in sight). The business has grown and I have brought in my other massage skills to offer a range of therapies. My main interest is in stress relief, relaxation and well-being. I have many professional clients who lead busy, high pressure lives. I offer a range therapies to help them recharge, look and feel better and be more resilient. I have recently started [email protected], helping office workers with postural issues, muscular aches and pains, stress relief and well-being.Owner @ [email protected] offers a range of massages in the workplace. For employees, a 20 minutes massage at work gives instant stress relief and relaxation, reduces muscle tension and back pain and is an enjoyable benefit which makes them feel valued. From April 2014 to Present (1 year 9 months) Owner @ Cheadle Holistic Therapies started life specialising in the Natural Face Lift Massage (also known as Facial Rejuvenation). This is a gentle, non-invasive approach to looking younger, reducing wrinkles and lines, lifting and toning facial muscles and has the added benefit of being a truly holistic therapy which offers deep relaxation and healing. This is still the cornerstone of the business but we have now expanded to cover a wide range of stress-relieving and healing therapies. From February 2011 to Present (4 years 11 months) Curator @ Organised art exhibitions, promoted the gallery and raised funds. From 1998 to 1999 (1 year) Tutor in History of Art @ Teaching 19th and 20th century European art history to adult undergraduates. Encouraging understanding of complex concepts, enhancing abillity and confidence in analysing painting, imparting detailed feedback in written work.
