My vision and my passion is injury prevention: teaching people how to NOT hurt themselves. I bring my training and knowledge as a Physical Therapist with over 20 years of experience to ergonomics: I have extensive training in body mechanics and posture and know how to provide an easy strategy to improving employee posture and behaviors. At this point, having taught posture to so many different people, there isn’t much I haven't seen or anyone who can’t be taught!
