Key achievements- -Consistently hitting weekly, monthly, and annual targets set by the business. -Creating annual affiliate campaigns to drive ROI. -Using analytics to increase the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. -Maintaining relationships with creative and media agencies. -Taking responsibility for the analytics of the website for three months whilst the company recruited a new analyst. -Winning an NMA award for an integrated affiliate marketing campaign. -Winning an internal award for exemplary performance. -Increased ROI in the PPC, Affiliate, and Display channels. -Developed an integrated online PR strategy. -Formulated a social media strategy for the business. -Conceived two separate viral marketing campaigns. -Created a new budget to expand visibility of the business online. Key achievements: -Regularly hitting monthly sales figures, based on a year on year revenue increase. -Writing copy for emails, product descriptions, and promotions. -Using analytics to increase the effect of email marketing. -CRM database management, including increasing the size of the database. -Working closely with the designer to generate effective email creative. -Managing and completing a full site re-platform. -Implementing a new SEO strategy for the new site. My achievements impacted the business by increasing sales and profit, and increasing the customer database.
