• Conduct RFI/RFP processes to evaluate vendors and services. Negotiate business terms of contracts and all health carrier renewals. From January 2008 to June 2011 (3 years 6 months) Sr. Comp/Benefits Analyst @ • Administer all US benefit programs for 4,000 employee self-funded health care plan (medical, dental, prescription, vision, life, disability, and voluntary insurances) with $21 million annual budget.
• Developed, rolled out, and continue to manage US compensation program for 2,000 employees, including creating/administering annual merit matrix, annual compensation program changes and training to all levels of management on program.
• Develop/administer classification and salary structure, including creating job descriptions, evaluating positions, and determining salary ranges and grades.
• Organize, maintain records, and report on annual performance appraisal and merit increase process.
• Track and report all US and International monthly metrics to entire global management team.
• Lead special corporate projects in areas such as communications; retention strategy; metrics; merger, acquisition and divestiture; and policies and procedures.
