💼 Past Experience

I have been a US IT Recruiter working in the US for 4 years. Before this, I worked as a Technical Recruiter at Diverse Lynx for 2 years. During my time at Diverse Lynx, I worked on a range of technical projects, including but not limited to: website design, end-user migration, system security, user experience, and application development. While at Diverse Lynx, I also developed a close relationship with the team and managed to get to know them well. Shairoz Alam began her academic journey at Mahatama Jyotiba Phule Rohikhand University in October 2022, when she was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts. Her degree trainer was Dr. Shyamal Basu, who is also a Professor at Mahatama Jyotiba Phule Rohikhand University. Alam was successfully graduated with her degree and is currently working towards her Doctorate in Fine Arts from Mahatama Jyotiba Phule Rohikhand University.Alam has been professionally working as an artist for the past two years and has won various awards for her art work. She has exhibited her work at various exhibitions and has had several solo exhibitions as well. Alam is currently working as an artist at the Mahatama Jyotiba Phule Rohikhand University Studio. In her current role, she is working on a new project that is inspired by the history of the Mahatama Jyotiba Phule Rohikhand University. Alam is also collaborating with the Mahatama Jyotiba Phule Rohikhand University Department of Art and Design to develop new ways of presenting her art work.
