He has worked in a wide range of industries, including IT and Digital, Recruiting, Field Operations, and evenHR. bottom line when it comes to corporate recruitment, it’s always about getting the best possible return on investment through providing the best possible service to clients.Prior to joining ITIS, Serdal was a Senior Recruiter at Royal Schiphol Group where he played a key role in spearheading several new recruitment initiatives and developing relationships with key partners in the industry. He also left Royal Schiphol Group to become an Interim Senior Corporate Recruiter at ITIS, where he was responsible for creating a star-rated Recruiting Portal and working with clients to drive up hiring results.Most recently, Serdal (still with ITIS) joined OrangeMelon as their Senior Recruiter for the Dutch Network and Services arm. At OrangeMelon, Serdal will be responsible for Driven Recruiting and Candidate Tracking, as well as developing new strategies and initiatives for the Dutch Network and Services budget.
