Senthil joined Microsoft from Infosys Technologies Limited, where he performed HR & Staffing roles for Infosys Consulting business out of Dallas, USA. Prior to Infosys, he worked for Ramco Systems and NIIT Ltd. Overall, Senthil brings with him 18 years of HR experience across Staffing and HR Business Partner roles having worked at both start up and stable business environments.
Senthil’s passion is in the area of business strategy, leadership development and change management.
During his tenure at Microsoft, Senthil played pivotal roles in supporting strategic plans for accelerated growth across many businesses by transforming and growing HR from a decentralized generalist function to a fully integrated HR team. He has played a key leadership role in driving the HR transformation at Microsoft India. He has enabled organizations to build and execute on strong talent management and org developmental strategies and has built deep expertise in strengthening org culture at the work place.

HR Director - Microsoft Global Delivery ( India, EMEA, LATAM & North Asia ), Research and Support @ Senthil is currently responsible for leading HR organization for 3 businesses in Microsoft India - Global Delivery, Research and Support. Global Delivery has a global footprint across India, EMEA, North Asia and LATAM. Research Lab and Support businesses are located in India. As a group HR head for the above businesses, Senthil is responsible for enhancing leadership effectiveness and manager capability, driving strong talent management and building org culture to deliver strong business impact. Some of the key accomplishment in the last 4 years have been:
> Effective 2015, Senthil has taken additional responsibility to integrate Global Delivery organization across Western Europe Services business at MS. This includes implementation of new services blue print, re-org and effective change management.
>Played a strategic role in enabling HR to deliver strong business results across 3 diverse set of businesses.
> Enabled org transformation of Global Delivery business from India centric organization to a globally inclusive organization. Played leadership role in building of GD centers in Warsaw ( Poland ) and Chong Qing ( China ).
> Built leadership capability and effectiveness that resulted in consistent year on year successful organization health ( business and people ) over the last 4 years for GD business.
>Strengthen management capability through hiring, engaging and retaining top management talent that resulted in strong organization culture and performance.

From May 2010 to Present (5 years 8 months) HR Group Manager @ Senthil was responsible for planning and executing HR strategy for India Global Technical support center ( IGTSC ) at Bangalore. IGTSC is a part of Customer Support & Services business at Microsoft, responsible for providing deep technical support to WW enterprise customers. Senthil's primary role was to build and execute on a strong people agenda for a 1200 employee organization, majority of which works in America Time Zone. From 2006 to 2009 (3 years) Staffing leader - Support, IT and Services businesses @ I was responsible for setting up India Global Technical Support Center ( IGTSC ) at Bangalore. I was part of a start up business where I built a strong staffing organization that delivered consistent year on year headcount growth which enable the business model to move from pilot stage to a stable global business. From 2003 to 2008 (5 years) HR Executive @ I was responsible for hiring for Infosys Business Consulting Division out of Dallas, USA. I had successfully hired top business consulting talent from Mckinsey, Booz Allen Hamilton, Hay group etc that enabled Infosys built a strong business consulting practice.
I had built a lot of experience in hiring for Infosys banking division - a product group that created Finacle, Banking product for top banks in the world. From 2000 to 2003 (3 years) HR Executive @ I was the HR executive for ASIA PACIFIC market group for Ramco systems. I was responsible for hiring, engaging, growing and retaining talent for the APAC market. I was deeply involved in HR systems and process and built a hands on experience working in RAMCO HRMS module. From 1999 to 2000 (1 year) Industry Colloboration Executive @ I was responsible for selling NIIT's education services to IT services organization in the Chennai market. It was my first job post my campus which helped me to understand the IT services market and gave me the exposure to educational industry related to IT. From 1997 to 1999 (2 years)
