In his role as owner and CEO, ContiNet developed and ventured into new, technological areas including packet switching, wireless and wired customer service, and customer relationship management. After leaving ContiNet, McConnell joined the staff of Green Applications, Incorporated in early 2002 as a Senior technical consultant. His primary duty was to provide technical assistance to Green Applications' business objectives, which included developing and testing an innovative new e-commerce business model.Scotty McConnell has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Utah and a MS in Computing from Portland State University.
