From October 2015 to Present (3 months) Recruitment Consultant @ My role entails the coordination of the recruiting process including interviewing, assessment, testing and placement of internal and external candidates for key positions at OhioHealth, with a focus on ER, trauma and critical care units at Grant Medical Center. •Build strong consultant-intimate relationships in order to develop a report with blue chip consultants that enables Kforce to consistently employ the best possible talent available.
•Recruit IT Professionals including but not limited to the following skill sets: PC Technician, Help Desk Associate, Desktop Support Specialist, Network Administrator, NOC Technician, Exchange and Network Engineers, VMware Administrators, Cisco Engineers and Administrators, VOIP Engineers, Help Desk and Desktop Supervisors, C++, Java, .NET, C#, Visual Basic, Notes, and Oracle/SQL Developers, Quality Assurance Testers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Systems Analysts and Architects.
•Utilize proprietary Applicant Tracking System, job boards, network relationships and outside-of-the-box thinking to source and identify potential candidates.
•Meet with clients and hiring managers to review technical requirements for successful IT placements for contract, contract to hire, and permanent opportunities.
•Mentor less-experienced recruiters on successful placement process, which include shadowing, cold calling, and inclusion in consultant meetings.
•Complete rigorous screening process on all candidates prior to client submittal, which include meeting each consultant personally, technical tests and completing technical references to verify history and work experience.
