DX benches is a technical recruitment software which allow companies to search for and hire technical engineers. It started off as a government-sponsored project in 2009 by Fynd Talent, a technical consulting company. It was mothballed in 2013, but was resurrected in 2015 as a free tool by It is now used by over 1,000 companies worldwide.Documented Work experiences:I was held responsible to recruit, attract, and hire active and passive candidates; conduct initial reviews and screenings of security cleared IT professionals. I was also responsible for conducting business negotiations with candidates. My primary focus was to identify and assess their skills, potential, and certifications. I was also responsible for managing company resources and managing technology projects.My experience with DX benches allowed me to focus on my recruitment goals and help resolve certain technological issues that my clients were experiencing. It also gave me the opportunity to appreciate the important role that technology can play in businesses and the impact that it has on the job market.
