From January 2014 to September 2014 (9 months) Site Leader - Mojo Master @ CEO appointed Site Leader for Skype’s Palo Alto office of 250 employees including engineering, product managers, business development, marketing, finance, legal, and facilities.
• Promoted Mojo Matters – a campaign to build a positive, electric, and collaborative work style.
• Influenced Skype execs to develop and regularly communicate the Skype mission, strategic objectives, and company values.
• Required Skype Palo Alto employees at every level to take responsibility to learn the company mission etc. and to understand how their job directly influenced our ability to achieve our objectives.
• Built a bench of Palo Alto functional leaders to inject the Mojo throughout the organization.
• Represented Skype at external conferences and to visiting delegations of business and government leaders.
