At Meredith Corporation, Scott were responsible for developing, launching, and managing the company’s eponymous online insights platform, which attracted over half a million users within the first 3 years of its launch. In this role, Scott was also responsible for all marketing and sales functions, as well as executing over $US1 million in marketing and advertising spend within the first year. In addition to his work at Meredith Corporation, Scott also had responsibility for Synapse, a technology services company that provides data insights and analysis to businesses of all sizes. Synapse was founded in 2009, and was one of the first businesses to offer a fully integrated cloud-as-a-service platform.Prior to that, Scott Macon was the President of Avondi Ltd. from 2003 to 2009. At Avondi Ltd, Scott was responsible for developing, launching, and managing the company’s innovative, private cloudbased data intelligence services.
