Established an Oncology Program to better serve our rural areas. From October 2012 to Present (3 years) burley idahoClinical Pharmacist @ Worked as a pediatric OR pharmacist setting up an outpatient center supporting the OR, Imaging/sedation, and providers clinics. I also worked as an ER pharmacist in a large Trauma II center prior to working on the corporate team coordinating three infusion pumps(large volume, syringe, and a pain pump) for Intermountain Healthcare. This required clinical collaboration, process review and creation, with an understanding of informatics and database management. These positions enabled me to further development of clinical skills while increasing patient safety and expanding pharmacy services. From June 2009 to October 2012 (3 years 5 months) Pharmacy Intern @ Worked as an intern for 2 different facilities before dedicating my time at a Trauma II center. I also implemented a wireless temperature monitoring system in conjunction with the IT department. I was also able to learn how to support rural hospitals operationally and clinically. From May 2008 to June 2009 (1 year 2 months) Pharmacy Intern @ After my first year of learning the hospital pharmacy workflow I became one of the weekend buyers for the pharmacy department. I was also asked to assist in deploying new dispensing cabinets and assist with billing processes. Prior to finishing my time there I also revamped our compounding recipes and standardized many of the solutions for the facility.
