In my time as VP Sales at Main Street Hub, I helped the company rapidly increase revenues in just over 2.5 yrs while growing the team from 10 to over 150, with nearly 100 direct sales reports. I built sales offices in Austin, SF, NYC and LA and was responsible for every aspect of the sales organization. Specializing in social media marketing and online reputation management for local business owners, I helped countless small businesses improve their online presence.
Prior to joining Main Street Hub, my most recent position was working as VP Sales for Democrasoft, a leading provider of innovation in social collaboration and voting platforms for building successful online communities. This was an Enterprise SaaS product with channel sales including Technology, Education and Government.
I previously worked as the VP Sales for DotNext Inc. While at DotNext, I helped them grow from $0 -> $10mm revenue in under 2 yrs, and the organization from a handful of employees to a team of over 150 employees including over 100 direct sales reports.
Before joining DotNext, I was a key sales leader at Reply! Inc. While with Reply, I was promoted three times in a two year span and was honored to be the Winner of the Employee of the Year award and Finalist for Manager of the Year award in 2005.
My experience includes a vast knowledge of online media, social media, marketing, lead generation and advertising with specific expertise in local advertising in the SMB market. I have a track record of lifting organizations to new heights with limited resources allocated to the task at hand.

Responsible for all aspects of the sales organization including business development and sales of a SaaS model product. Identified Education as key market opportunity and worked with team to build successful online learning communities. From July 2010 to February 2011 (8 months) Vice President of Sales @ Responsible for all aspects of the sales organization including; training, recruiting, management of sales managers and sales executives, hitting revenue targets, and servicing of accounts.
