💼 Past Experience

When I moved to Nashua, NH from Cleveland, Ohio, in August of 2012, I was tasked with creating significant new business from invocation through prototype qualification to deployment and post-purchase support services. I was also able to contribute to USA/Canada sales growth during that time. I am very excited about my current position at Elmo Motion Control where I am responsible for creating intelligent servo drives and advanced motion control solutions for medical, industrial, and military applications. I believe that this technology can have a significant impact on the future of society, and I am passionate about helping others find the same opportunities. I am looking forward to continuing my career with Elmo and helping my clients achieve their goals.

Scott Hartman has a Bachelor of Business Administration, Management and Operations from Cleveland State University. Hartman has also studied Electronic Engineering Technology and Service from Electronic Technology Institute and has completed the coursework at Valley Forge High School. Hartman attended Cleveland State University for three years, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management. Hartman is currently working as an engineer for a large corporation and is ready to attend the graduate level and pursue a career in engineering.

Prior to joining Onvio, he was a Product Marketing Manager for ITT-CMC/Torque Systems, where he managed his company’s sales, service, and delivery operations. He also held a US Department of Defense position where he was responsible for sales and marketing of servo motors, linear actuators, and encoders to the US military.Hartman has also served as an account manager at Cleveland Motion Controls and Elmo Motion Control. At CoastIPC, he was responsible for sales, customer service, and product development. Hartman’s experience with brush and brushless servo motors, linear motors, stepper motors, and Servo Drives makes him an expert in these areas. Hartman is sixth generation New Englander and has a wealth of memories from his family’s farm. He loves spending time with his wife and two kids.
