Satya has over 26 years of experience (16 of which are in healthcare and life sciences industry), in management, development and maintenance of information systems. He has expertise in IT, ITeS and BPO / KPO services. In his last role, Satya was Country Head – India and Emerging Markets at Anthelio Healthcare Solutions, Inc and served on the Indian board apart from managing Hyderabad and Mumbai locations. In his earlier role at FCG as well (now CSC), Satya was member of the board for Indian entity.
In the past seven years Satya was involved in three M&A deals and has vast experience in managing integration of organizations post the mergers. He was involved in the FCG-CSC transition in India, did an acquisition of an HIS product in India (right from due diligence to closure) while in Religare Technologies and was involved in integration of the operations of a $250 Million acquisition (PHNS – Anthelio).
Satya travels frequently on pre-sales to US, Middle East and AsiaPac and participates in industry focused conferences and summits. He worked in both P&L and cost center based organizational structures and has experience in building organizations from ground zero. Satya is actively involved with industry forums like AMCHAM (American Chambers of Commerce) and IACC (Indo-American Chamber of Commerce) and with management institutes like Symbiosis, ASCI (Administrative Staff College of India) and University of Hyderabad (where he serves on the board of school of management studies).
Earlier (from 1999 - 2002) in his career, Satya was involved in co-founding a company by the name “HealthAsyst”. During this period he also managed the complete HR function for the company apart from managing the overall operations.
