Directly managed Training and Development, Retail Operations, Communication and Risk teams. Managing a vast array of Retail Operations projects simultaneously. Supporting Retail Operations to be best in class within 74 UK/EUR locations. Providing Global support where necessary to North America. Directly managing 3 Area Managers. Managed all aspects of Retail within the Southern Region of AllSaints encompassing Central London, South & Greater London and Europe. Developing and managing the Area Managers to deliver company KPI’s and commercially/operationally sound stores in an evolving and fast paced business. KPI’s include Sales, Profitability, Stockloss Wage Control, Customer Service, Compliance, Mastercard Strike Rate, CRM. Working closely with LP, VM, Branch Merchandising and HR to achieve consistency throughout all stores. Main focus of this role was on the European business as a new markets for AllSaints. Within the region managed key flagships. From August 2010 to August 2012 (2 years 1 month) Head of Retail USA @ Overall responsible for $110m across 17 locations. Seconded to the USA for 6 months to open key stores and instil AllSaints culture and training to Northern America, supported other Head Office functions in addition to Retail. Accountable for all aspects of Retail reporting into US CEO. Project managed openings of several key standalone stores in conjunction with expanding Bloomingdales portfolio. Opened largest AllSaints store globally in Soho. From February 2010 to August 2010 (7 months) Senior Area Manager @ Overall responsible for £53m across 37 locations. Managed Central London directly alongside managing European and Southern Area Manager. Opened 20 stores across London/Europe including first store outwith of UK-our flagship in Paris From August 2008 to January 2010 (1 year 6 months) Central London Area Manager @ Overall responsible for £22m and 18 locations. From November 2007 to July 2008 (9 months) House of Fraser Manager @ Increased AllSaints turnover through HOF openings, project managed opening of 20 dual gender concessions to double the existing portfolio in six months. Improving relationships between AllSaints and HOF to secure stronger locations. Worked closely with Merchandising to ensure product packages were relevant for opening.
