💼 Past Experience

After leaving her job as an accountant at a state-owned bank in early 2013, Sara Naitslimane immediately set to work looking for a new challenge. She soon realized that she had what it takes to be an excellent leader and part of an effective team.That same year, Sara naitedslimane left her position as an accountant and entered the esports industry as a consultant. After several months of learning, she had created a successful coaching program for people who wanted to get into esports.This new endeavor was a natural continuation of her former work as a speaker and teacher of communication and leadership. Sara Naitslimane has learned a great deal from her experiences as an accountant and as a consultant in the esports industry, and she is confident that she has the skills and knowledge needed to lead and manage teams successfully.Sara Naitslimane has also gained an understanding of how to assess and manage financial resources. Sara Naitslimane is also an experienced change management expert, able to rapidly transition organizations from one style of management to another.Since coming to the esports industry, Sara Naitslimane has created an online course called Leadership, Marketing, and Data: How to Improve business performance.
