💼 Past Experience

My Work Experience:I am a Nurse Assistant and I have been working as an Account Executive at Oracle in Walnut Creek, Ca. for 2 months. I am working with small to medium sized businesses and I am looking to help them run more efficiently using Oracle solutions. One of my tasks is to find solutions that allow their businesses to runefficiently using Oracle solutions, including Database, IaaS, PaaS, Data Integration, Security, Business Intelligence, Identity and Access Management, Engineered Systems, Application Management, and Data Replication. I also do this by dynamic playing a cross-functional team of sales, marketing, and solution experts to uncover new business opportunities around Oracle cloud. I also work with C-Level executives on a regular basis to get to know the organization's business vision, needs, and pains, and I also consult with what resources I can align that will help drive growth and maximize my ROI. In addition, I am also President of Cal Poly Women in Business Association and I am working to build support and empower young female leaders in the university and business worlds. My job is to enforce my mission to build support and empower young female leaders in the university and business worlds and to work closely with company sponsors and executives to run major programs such as the Women's Business Leadership Academy and the Defining Her Future: Women's Leadership Conference. In my last role, I was director of operations at Cal Poly Women in Business Association. I also did a 9-week mentorship program and I credited course within the Women's Business Leadership Academy as the WBLA Assistant Program Director. I also coordinated and planned monthly meetings, professional workshops, and executive meetings. In my previous role, I was anofficial representative and leader of the College of Business and I also delivered tours and meet-and-greets with new and prospective students and families. I also fostered relationships between industry representatives and students in the College of Business and I am currently a Business Intelligence Intern at Clif Bar & Company.

Sara Chen's educational background is that she has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, with a focus in Information Systems from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, she has a High School diploma from Las Lomas High School in San Diego, CA. Sara Chen has worked as a Human ResourcesSM ( Labor Market Specialist) for businesses since her graduation from college. In her role as a Human ResourcesSM, Sara Chen has helped to negotiate wages, benefits, and other professional regulations for her clients in the workforce. Sara Chen is currently working as a Learning Manager for a tech company in Southern California. Prior to this, she was a business marketing specialist for a tech company in Southern California. In this role, she was responsible for developing marketing programs for the company and working with buyers to target their needs and desire in the technology market. Sara Chen has worked in the human resources field for over 10 years and has an understanding of the needs of the business and its workforce.
