I enjoy crafting a user's experience from start to... an ongoing, long-term relationship. After all, a company should never want to lose a customer. While a user's interactions with a company have many touch points, I specialize in designing user interfaces and conducting usability studies. What makes me unique? My Computer Science background helps me to make technology work for the user, instead of vice versa, and I really like being part of a software development team.
