What inspired you to pursue a career in business communications?After doing my undergraduate studies in electrical engineering and then completing my professional engineering training in 2006, I decided to take a career in business communications. I liked the idea of working with people and the mission of501c3 organizations. I also liked the idea of working with technology and the ability to change the world.

Sandeep Tandon worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Zenithsoft from July 2006-July 2008. He was responsible for developing Human Resources policies, procedures, and plans, developing and maintaining company records, lead consulting projects in the HR consulting field, providing HR support to Zenithsoft's primary clients, and managing the company's human resources files. He also served as a member of the human resources team in the company's European headquarters and managed employeerecruitment campaigns in Scandinavia, the Baltics, and the UK. Furthermore, he kicked off and paced the company's human resources development program and successfully oversaw the implementation of a new employment policy across the company. In July 2008, he left Zenithsoft to join Genpact as a Vice President.Prior to joining Genpact, Tandon held a number of technical positions at his previous employer, Express Scripts. He most recently served as a Manager of Business Process Improvement in the company's Edmonton, Alberta, office. At Express Scripts, Tandon was responsible for the development and implementation of business processes inDirect Marketing, Retail Banking, and Continuing Education. In his previous job, Tandon also developed and implemented remote process automation initiatives in several Canadian datacenters. Additionally, he was responsible for the improvement of business processes and implementation of centralized systems inDirect Marketing, Retail Banking, and Continuing Education. Tandon holds a B.S. in Management from the University of Calgary and a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Utah.
