Sanda Ojiambo comes from a family of educators. Her parents are educators and her father is an English teacher. She started her education at a young age, as she was taught to read and write in her home. After she finished grade 12 in high school, she started her education at Strathmore Business School, where she got her degree in public policy and development economics in January 2016. She then went on to get her Master's degree in public policy and development economics at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities in January 1997. After getting her Master's degree, she returned to Strathmore Business School, where she taught courses in international business and development, and started working as an undergraduate at the school in January 1992. She then went on to teach at McGill University in January 1993, and then at the Harvard Business School Executive Education in February 2016.Sanda Ojiambo is currently working as an Instructor of Business Administration and Human Resources at the Masola Girls Primary School in Nairobi, Kenya. She has also been working as an Tutor for the GCSE O levels for students in the United Kingdom since January 1985.
