He then left the company to start his own small software company, where he held a variety of sales positions before joining revenuecollective.When revenuecollective was founded, Jacobs was their first employee. He has been a Board Member, an Investor, and an operations consultant for the company since it was founded.The most important thing that Jacobs has learned from his time at revenuecollective is to provide strategic counseling services to early and mid stage companies. This is important, as these companies are in a hurry to find a way to scale, but they don't have the luxury of having a full diagnostic assessment done.Jacobs also notes that he has learned a lot from the conversations that he has had with the members of revenuecollective. These conversations have helped him to better understand their needs, and more importantly, what they are trying to achieve.

Her work at the Swiss Bankers Association privilege gave her the opportunity to learn about the banking industry and its various elements. This in turn gave her the groundwork for a future career in banking.Since her arrival at the Swiss Bankers Association, Jacobs has been working on a project that seeks to improve the product offering of Swiss banks.
