Sam is responsible for all of the Middle East and North Africa recruitment for Accenture along with his teams in the UAE, KSA and Morocco. Reporting to the HR Lead MENA, Sam oversees the recruitment strategies for the locations along with managing the day to day progress of the teams. Key to this is the development of the essential synergetic relationships with numerous stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are meet whilst delivering on global expectations and deliverables set for the locations.
Sam is closing in on 7 years in the Middle East with extensive experience in white collar Oil & Gas recruitment, Sam has managed large scale projects for remote locations in Iraq along with dealing with the day to day recruitment needs for several locations. A balanced 3 years Agency and 4 years In house, coupled with large and small team management allows for a consultative approach.
