This project has very unique challenges due to the location of the build which is over main tunnel system for Amtrak, LIRR and NJ Transit as well as the exit and entrance to the Lincoln tunnel. The project has countless other obstacles that need delegate coordination between all the tenants and building services. The project is slated to last for 16 months and when complete the building will be transformed from a dark concrete structure a modernized building.
