From January 2015 to Present (1 year) Software Engineer @ Adaptive Transport Optimization Worked on a set of scalable and fault-tolerant backend services to predict the network flow of shipments and perform real-time optimal routing of packages in Amazon's transportation network, lowering overall shipping costs and creating a positive delivery experience for customers. From June 2013 to December 2014 (1 year 7 months) Engineering Intern @ Wrote MapReduce jobs to process application logs for surfacing popular content, perform ranking using a decay-based algorithm and writing the results into a Redis cluster for low-latency lookups. Developed a cycle detection algorithm to find cycles while rendering menu encoded in a tree-format.
