From December 2014 to December 2015 (1 year 1 month) Recruiting Manager-Engineering, Product and Design @ During my time at Optimizely, I led recruiting for all of ADEPT (A Design, Engineering and Product Team) at Optimizely. I helped the team grow from 85 to over 300 hiring over 60 people including Director of Engineering, Product Managers, Engineering Managers, as well as Designers and Engineers of all specialties. I also helped the recruiting team grow from 3 to 12 in addition to managing a team of 5. While at Scribd I recruited the bulk of the engineering, design team and ad operations teams.
