While at Scribd I recruited the bulk of the engineering, design team and ad operations teams. From December 2010 to August 2012 (1 year 9 months) Product Management Recruiter (Contract) @ Recruited for both the Product and Design teams at Facebook. Worked with everyone from our junior engineers to executives to find fantastic candidates that ranged from new grad designers to the Head of their Mobile Strategy Team. From July 2010 to December 2010 (6 months) Site Reliability Engineering Sourcer (Contract) @ Learned to source Engineers for Site Reliability Engineering, one of the most prestigious, hard to find roles at Google. Made multiple hires using boolean searches, linux forums and internal google tools. From February 2010 to July 2010 (6 months) Recruitment and Special Projects Manager @ Managed the recruitment of top class pilot and technical talent for the NASA Human Factors Department. Took a Special Ops approach to find the best talent with a small team and started partnerships with companies like United Airlines and Virgin America to help us obtain elite pilots. Member of a team that won NASA FY2008 Aeronautics Project of the Year. From September 2006 to February 2010 (3 years 6 months) Research Analyst @ Provided support for three Ph.D. researchers studying crew communications in a simulated deep-space environment, analyze data from research projects, observe and run studies with research participants.
